About me
Hello! I am Zeenat Ehsan, a mother of three children and like many have found parenting challenging. I came to a point where I wasn't enjoying being a parent. I decided to get help from a parenting coach who helped me express frustration without being hurtful, raise my children to grow up as secure adults, set clear limits and still maintain goodwill.
This had a profound effect on my family life, so much, that I became passionate about wanting to help others. So, after 13 years of teaching in the UK, I became a fully certified parent coach. I have worked with children most of my life and it is this grounding that led me to helping parents to give children the best chances in life.
Every family is unique, my aim will be to tailor strategies and techniques to fit the needs of each family. Clients should expect a warm and non-judgmental space to openly express their concerns and worries, working collaboratively to identify goals and develop practical solutions.
